Please complete the concierge inquiry below for a fast availability check and customized starting estimate.Β Each dining experience by The Soul of American Cuisine LLC is thoughtfully tailored to the style of your celebration, from guest count and menu direction to service flow and event logistics.

    This form allows our team to review availability and begin preparing your custom proposal. Dates are officially reserved once your service agreement is signed and your 40% retainer has been submitted.

    Reservations are accepted in the order deposits are received.

    Custom proposals are typically delivered within 48–72 hours. A 40% retainer secures your date. Bookings close 48 hours prior to the start of your event. Special requests and menu changes are always welcomed. Starting investments are available on our website for reference. Final pricing is customized based on guest count, menu style, travel, rentals, and service level.

    For the safety of our team, clients, and private residence events, all confirmed bookings require identity and location verification. A secure verification link will be sent once your date is ready to be secured.

    Accepted Payments: Invoices are sent securely via Square. We also accept ACH and Zelle for retainer and final balance payments.
