Autumn Ciera Scott, Chef AC, is the founder and owner of The Soul of American Cuisines. Born and raised in South Carolina, she tasted the flavor of the typical American culture soul food and fell in love. She found her passion for cooking during the long, hot summers spent with her grandmother. She attended and graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Biological Sciences. After the passing of her grandmother, Autumn took her pain and made it her motivation. 2020 was the year to elevate her passion to her business.
